Laura Robertson, OTR/L
Laura is the owner of Bartlesville Hope Pediatric Therapy. She grew up in Bartlesville and fell in love with pediatric OT at the age of 15. Laura pursued her passion, graduating from KU Med, and has been in the pediatric field for over 24 years. She has had the privilege of walking alongside many families through the years and desires to serve this community she loves by building a therapy program that provides access for every child who needs therapy services as well as HOPE. Laura has extensive training in neurodiverse diagnoses, congenital birth diagnoses, trauma-based Reactive Attachment Disorder, developmental delays, ADHD, ADD, sensory processing difficulties, Floortime, and learning disabilities. Laura is a mom of four amazing, unique kids, one of which has Type 1 diabetes. Quirky fun facts: Laura loves to have her hands in the dirt with flowers/plants and also loves creating, painting, or coloring. She is also known to unexpectedly fall, trip, and walk into walls, doors, and other objects. Spilling drinks and flinging food are her specialties.
Nikki Walsh, M.Ed., CCC-SLP
Nikki has vast experience in expressive/receptive language disorders, articulation, hearing impairments, AAC devices, and feeding. She speaks Spanish and also utilizes sign language. Nikki loves working with children on the spectrum, children with learning disabilities, developmental delays, birth to three, and has extensive experience with trauma based cases. Nikki is married with three active children. She loves to read mystery novels and watch her kids play soccer. Quirky, fun facts about Nikki include an awesome laugh that can be heard for miles, and she may burst into song at any given movement.
Abby Petermann, M.S., CCC-SLP
Abby has been a Pediatric SLP for 2 years. She graduated from Missouri State University and is actively engaged in finding and implementing evidence-based practices. Abby has experience with AAC devices, neurodiverse diagnoses, learning disabilities for ages five to eighteen, and early childhood language delays. Quirky, fun facts: When not at work, Abby can be found with her nose in a book, her hands at a stove, or her feet on a trail. She also loves organization and sometimes adds things to a list just for the pleasure of crossing them off.
Holly Trumble, OT
Alyssa Shurle, COTA
Alyssa graduated from Northeastern State University with a bachelors in health and human performance. She worked in a variety of pediatric settings and as an ABA therapist. Alyssa returned to school at Tulsa Community College and graduated this past May as an OTA. She is eager and excited to step into the pediatric world as a COTA. Alyssa has always been passionate about working with others in a way would make a difference. She has a giant heart and is very excited about being apart of this team. Quirky, fun facts: Alyssa has a strong sweet tooth. She loves going to the gym, seeing her family and friends, and going to Grand Lake.
