Our mission is to provide the Bartlesville area with child-centered therapy from birth to 21 years of age.
Our team goal is to promote development, healing, and HOPE for families.
Our belief is "When the world says give up, Hope whispers....give it one more try.” We strive to achieve this standard through close collaboration between our team, our patients, and their families.
GROWTH AND INDEPENDENCE
Our experienced pediatric occupational and speech therapists strive to help each child to grow developmentally, play, explore, engage in new activities, develop new life skills, communicate with the world around them, and ultimately increase their independence.
We believe in evidence-based practice and seek to educate, facilitate, and promote developmentally healthy lifestyles for all children within our community. It is our greatest joy to see your child gain confidence and reach their potential with personalized therapy.
We strive to be an efficient and cost-effective practice in meeting the needs of children through all stages of development. As therapists, we work as a team and value the contributions of all of our staff in providing excellent therapy and service.
We maintain the highest standards and achieve them by continually measuring and improving our outcomes.
We welcome change, encourage invention, and continually seek better, more efficient ways to achieve our goals.
We collaborate and share knowledge to benefit patients and fellow caregivers for the advancement of our mission.
We strive to exceed our patients' and fellow caregivers' expectations for encouragement and growth.
We adhere to high moral principles and professional standards with a commitment to honesty, confidentiality, trust, respect, and transparency.
We demonstrate our commitment to quality care by providing a caring and supportive environment for our patients, as well as their families and caregivers.
